Responsibilities

CLS Living is seeking an energetic and motivated Leasing Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of the community— delivering exceptional customer service, driving leasing performance, and creating a welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents. You’ll play a key role in team development, marketing initiatives, and the overall success of the property.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Support the Community Manager in cultivating a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Promote a friendly, service-oriented office culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction.

Leasing & Marketing

  • Drive leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals within budget.
  • Oversee leasing goals, renewal programs, and resident retention strategies.
  • Conduct outreach marketing with local businesses and employers.
  • Support execution of the annual marketing plan and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitors through research.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate and promote resident events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage leasing paperwork, including applications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver first-class service to residents and prospects.
  • Resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and community partners.
  • Foster a strong sense of community throughout the property. 

Property and Office Administration

  • Maintain accurate records in property management software.
  • Process leases and administrative paperwork efficiently.
  • Assist with property upkeep and curb appeal by identifying improvements.
  • Support team operations by filling in for on-site staff and assisting with after-hours needs.

 

Financial Performance

  • Support the achievement of NOI targets through effective leasing and cost management.
  • Help maintain occupancy and collections at or above 95% in line with budget goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue and reduce expenses.

 

Qualifications

 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of leasing experience in student or multifamily housing (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and
  • Experience with property management software, preferably
  • Familiarity with market-rate and LIHTC programs is a
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.
