Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support a portfolio of properties with their online presence and digital reputation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment and is confident managing everything from social media strategy and paid digital ads to reputation management and website content.

If you’re passionate about digital strategy, community engagement, and operational excellence, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Oversight: Review and provide feedback on social media content submitted by property teams.

  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews; coordinate with General Managers for follow-up and escalation.

  • Reputation Reporting: Create initial reputation reports for new properties to establish benchmarks and insights.

  • Paid Social Media Advertising: Plan, create, and manage targeted social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.

  • Social Media Management: Fully manage social media for select properties requiring additional support — ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and growth.

  • Training & Onboarding: Conduct training for Social Media Coordinators (SMCs) and onboard new property teams on social media best practices.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Generate bi-annual performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Seasonal Campaigns: Plan and execute creative, property-specific seasonal marketing campaigns.

  • Website Management: Ensure property websites are up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Internet Listing Services (ILS): Oversee ILS processes and performance; manage transition of this function from current team.

  • Tool & Platform Ownership: Manage digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring correct setup, usage, and performance tracking.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies; recommend tools and practices to keep CLS marketing at the forefront.

  • Occasional travel required.

We conduct criminal background and drug screening.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing — preferably in a multi-property, multi-location, or property management environment.

  • Expertise in social media content strategy and paid advertising (including TikTok Ads).

  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

  • Strong grasp of social media best practices, platforms, and trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Experience with platforms such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, SoCi, Birdeye, or similar.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting.

  • Previous experience in property management or real estate marketing a plus.
